K.O.T.O.B.O.T

K.O.T.O.B.O.T wow! What is this?
It threw me when I first read this….In Alex Jeffreys coaching class modules one
and two we covered K.O.T.O.B.O.T. Just think for a moment that you are the
CEO/owner of a multi million dollar business. Would you personnel be doing all
the required activates to run this business successfully. Would you do the
accounting, marketing, technical, fulfillment, customer service, merchant
accounts etc all by yourself and still have a life? Impossible! your right. So why
should I think I could do all this. I was of the mind set (belief) that because of
no moneys and no knowledge (internet) I had to do this and learn all the correct
activates. You have heard it before to outsource what you want done and do the
things you are best at doing (Elance.com) and build a team. Ya but, but no
money to pay for the outsourcing, Well, one solution presented itself to me.
Trade your skills for what you need done or better yet have someone help you
for free. You see, a community has been established in the coaching program
whereby everyone is assisting each other with the different tasks that are
required to succeed on the internet. An example being the PPP- the profit pulling
platform that Alex has developed for us. It teaches us the system one has to
institute in order to generate the long term income that the gurus receive. I have
started my business by setting a one year goal: generating a list of 20,000
responsive happy following family readers. The next step is to break the goal into
90 day goals, 30 day goals, week goals and finally the day goals with to do and
have done activates. This keeps me focused at the task at hand to reach my
year goal. In order to accomplish my year goal there are activities required to be
accomplished which I have no idea how to. This is where outsourcing what I
need done is utilized. So, instead of being focused in the business, I am focusing
on my business. How do I do this? Use K.O.T.O.B.O.T. Keep On Top Of
Being On Top. I now have more direction and time in keeping on top of all my
activities and outsource activities etc.to accomplish my end result (develop a
plan, work the plan and change the plan when required from the top). Being the
captain and crew of your own ship will not work for long term success and
survival.
Cheers

Hi Paul,
It’s the TRUMAN show! Betcha never heard that before, huh? heh…heh… Duh!
Like Thomas I forget the last bit of KOTOBOT. But I know what it means. Maybe Alex should sell that big acronym to the US military. They LOVE stuff like that.
Starting out huh? It’s tough at the start but as you move around the blogs and get yourself known your own blog will grow in leaps and bounds. Trust me. So, come over and say hi. OK?
Anyway Paul, I just thought I’d stick my head in and let you know that we’re having a pow-wow over at Gary-Land. Come and introduce yourself and get some back linkage. LOL! We’d like to know what you and everyone thought about the Profit Pulling Project Newsletter #1.
Could everyone please make comments here:

Let’s give Parkesy some feedback of what you did or didn’t like.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for stopping by my blog. You ask me what I used to get my e-book finished?
The software I used was Open Office ( a free office program like Microsoft Office) to write the book. I used it because it is so much easier to convert to pdf. Open Office will convert your book to pdf for you.
I used Snag It for the screen capture but if you don’t have Snag It you can use PrintKey a free screen capture program that works well also. The book image was outsourced but was not real expensive.
That was basically it. If you have any more questions or need any help let me know.
By the way your blog looks really good. This is a great group we have don’t you think? Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Paul,
Thought I would drop by and say hi. Love the photo in your header! just makes me want to drop everything and go chill out for the afternoon!
I enjoyed the content of your post, it was really good. I hope you don’t mind, but I’m going to make one constructive criticism of your site, and that is the use of bold text in your posts.
I personally find it hard on the eyes to read. I appreciate it is your choice, but your content is there for the enjoyment of your readers. OK, I’ve had my 2 bob’s worth, I’ll leave it up to you to decide what you want to do.
I’ve added you to my student list on my blog and if you have a spare couple minutes how about calling ’round and saying hi.
Cheers,
Dean Hohn

Hi Paul,
It was nice listening to your laugh on the webinar today. I agree with Alex that your header should be changed to perhaps a picture of you on it.
Also, I noticed that when I click on one of your three links above your post it takes you to the middle of the main page and not to the link page. I hope this makes sense. But keep smiling and laughing heartily, that’s great!

Hi Paul,
I see you changed your header graphic like Alex suggested. I liked your other one too, like a lot of other people but I guess we should listen to Alex and follow his teaching so we can achieve the success he’s achieved.
I know what you mean about the planning part, I found a neat planning system that’s free on one of my fellow student’s blogs and made it available on my blog, just visit my blog and you’ll find it at the planning post on the 21st. I’ll add you to my blog roll and I hope you’ll do the same for me.
Merry Christmas,
Kevin
